Come and enjoy the relaxing effects of the shore scenery and the gentle heat of the sauna with your friends or family. Riuttaskorpi rental sauna is a wood-burning sauna build from the trunks of dead standing trees, and it is located on the north-east shore of Lake Haukijärvi.

Location

The sauna is located in the Riuttaskorpi Recreational Forest area in Ylöjärvi, Pirkanmaa.

The sauna's address is: Torttilantie 517, 34550 Itä-Aure (municipality of Ylöjärvi).

Service vehicles can drive up to the sauna, but the road is not ploughed during winter.

The keys are at renting sauna main door in a keybox. The opening code you get with reservation.

Equipment

In addition to the sauna, the building has a room where you can wash, a fireplace/dressing room, a small terrace and two tables with benches in the yard. The shore is shallow and rocky. In the shelter of a forest. It is approximately 80 metres from the sauna to the cooking shelter. 

There is a dry toilet and a well near the sauna. The water must be purified before drinking. There is no waste management in the area.

 There is a cooking shelter and a camping site in the vicinity of the rental sauna.

Notice

You should bring your own towels and peflettis (a towel you sit on) and toilet paper with you. The sauna should be cleaned before leaving and the water heater and buckets emptied of water.

The cooking shelter and its vicinity are wheelchair accessible. There is also an accessible dry toilet in the area.
