Liminganlahti Nature Centre is closed 1.1.-4.2.2022. The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia is closed 10.1.–1.2.2022. Koli Nature Centre Ukko is closed 1.1.–26.1.2022. Kuusamo Customer Service Karhuntassu is closed 13.1.–31.1.2022.

In other nature centers in Finland, we require the use of a facial mask and keeping the 2 meter distance to other visitors. In addition, there may be requirements to show the Covid pass, and/or the number of visitors can be limited. More information Nature centers. The length of the restrictions depends on the region. Welcome to Ivalo Customer Service

Ivalo Customer Service provides up-to-date hiking tips for the entire Northern Lapland region. Inari municipality's tourist information point serves visitors under the same roof. The municipal tourist information point provides information on the activities and accommodation options in the region, and more. The customer service sells all the necessary permits and maps for the region.

Opening hours 2022

Due to Covid-19 situation, the maximum number of customers allowed inside is 1-2 persons.

3.1.–31.12. mon–thu  9.am–4.15.pm, sat-sun closed.

On wednesday to friday we serve via telephone and email from 9am to 4pm, no entery.

We are closed: on Epiphany 6.1., on Easterntime 15.4.-18.4., Midsummer Eve 24.6., Independence Day 6.12., Christmas Holidays 26.12. 

We reserve the right to make changes to the opening hours.

Visit: Visiting the customer service is free of charge. There are no exhibitions in the premises. Read more. It is allowed to bring pets in the service point. There is a steep ramp for entering.
