Welcome to Ivalo Customer Service

Ivalo Customer Service provides up-to-date hiking tips for the entire Northern Lapland region. The customer service sells all the necessary permits and maps for the region.

Opening hours 2024

Customer service is closed from 20.8 to  21.8.2024. On Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 to 11:30 AM and 12:00 to 4:15 PM. We serve by phone and email from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

1.1–31.12 Mon–Fri from 9 am–4 pm service by phone and email and
on Mon–Tue you can also get service at our office until 4.15 pm. 
At the weekends the customer service is closed.

We are closed: on Epiphany 6.1., on 29.3.-5.4.2024 closed, on Easterntime 29.3.-1.4., on Walburgis Night 1.5., Ascension Day 9.5., Midsummer Eve 21.6., Independence Day 6.12., Christmas Holidays 24.-26.12. 

We reserve the right to make changes to the opening hours.

Visit: Visiting the customer service is free of charge. There are no exhibitions in the premises. Read more. It is allowed to bring pets in the service point. There is a steep ramp for entering.
