  • The hut is situated on the north bank of the River Luttojoki by a marked trail. The hut is 7 km from Saariselkä.


  • A wood-burning stove. 
  • A dry toilet, a woodshed and a campfire site nearby.


  • The day-use hut is intended only for day-time use. Visitors may not stay there overnight.
  • Pets are permitted in the hut, but only if other visitors consent to it.
  • Safety on hiking.
  • Metsähallitus follows the principles of litter-free hiking. Visitors are adviced to bring their own waste out of the area. Read more about Hiking Without Littering.
