Bothnian Sea National Park

On the ice edge, a hiker looks at the icy horizon.

The drawn emblem of Selkämeri national park. A goosander and rockweed are depicted inside the oval symbol. The text Selkämeri kansallispuisto - national park wraps around the outer edge of the emblem.
By the shores of the Bothnian Sea you can enjoy bracing sea winds and fine views out over the wild waves. History comes alive on the park's remote lighthouse islands. Divers can here explore Finland's most pristine marine waters.

Suitability: Suitable for visitors of all ages and conditions all year, but the islands are only accessible by sea. Observation platforms on the Preiviikinlahti Bay in Pori are suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties.
