Meals, Where to Buy and Prepare
There is a campfire site at Ängesböle at Byabäcken.
There is a lean-to shelter by Kalkkiruukki Nature Trail.
Lighting campfires is forbidden also at the constructed campfire sites if the forest fire warning is in effect.
This prohibition does not apply to cooking shelters or other fireplaces with a flue.
The outdoors destinations within the nature reserve do not have waste bins. It is the responsibility of each hiker to dispose of waste that accumulates during your trip. Take all waste out of the area to recycling points.
Biodegradable waste should be placed in a dry toilet or composter, and small amounts of clean paper and cardboard can be used as kindling in a campfire.
