Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park

Winter mire landscape.

The drawn emblem of Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas national park. Depicted on the oval emblem is a wood sandpiper. Circling the outer rim of the emblem are the words Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas kansallispuisto nationalpark.
Wild windswept bogs extend westwards from the old medieval road that leads northwards through the pine forests of Kyrönkangas. This is a great place to come and watch birds, especially in the springtime when songbirds sing in the woods and marshes. The marshes offer peace and proximity to nature at any time of year.

Suitability: Suitable for visitors of all ages all year. No services for visitors with mobility difficulties.
