Welcome to Pyhä-Luosto Visitor Centre Naava

Located at the root of Kultakero Fell, Pyhä-Luosto Visitor Centre Naava houses a fascinating nature exhibition on the nature and cultural history of Pyhä-Luosto National Park. Get your first taste of the area's deep ravines, high fell tops, and sacred sites of the ancient Forest Sámi people. Hiking information is available at the information point, which also serves as the tourist information point of the area. Visitors can shop at NaavaShop, and enjoy lunch or local bakery products at Café Loimu.

Visit: There is no entrance fee to the visitor centre. Guided group tours of the exhibition are subject to order. Price: €50/hour/group or €1.5/person (school groups). Read more.

Suitability: An excellent destination for families with children. The exhibition, films, shop, and cafe are accessible to all. The building has a toilet for the disabled. It is not allowed to bring dogs into the Visitor Centre. There are hooks outside the main doors, on both sides, where you can attach your dog. Ask for drinking cups for dogs from the customer service counter. 

Services: Café-restaurant Café Loimu, conference facility rental, nature education, information services, tourist information, hunting permits issued by Metsähallitus, fishing permits to local areas, NaavaShop, and WLAN. Services provided by cooperating partners are also available. Read more.
