The hut is situated on the north bank of the River Luttojoki by a marked trail. The hut is 7 km from Saariselkä.

Notices

  • The day-trip hut is intended only for day-time use. Visitors may not stay there overnight.
  • Pets are permitted in the hut, but only if other visitors consent to it.
  • Safety on hiking.
  • Each hiker is responsible for their own waste. There are no waste bins at the hut and hikers are asked to bring their mixed waste to recycling points which are located along the trails and at the trailheads. Read more about Hiking Without Littering.
