Premises can be rented during opening hours for various purposes. All premises have modern conference technology and free Wifi connection.
Auditorium
- Auditorium is suited for conferences, seminars, and music performances. Kuukkeli multi-functional premise can be combined with the auditorium as a stage.
- The maximum number of persons is 160.
- The equipment includes a large screen, a lazer projector, multiple channel 7.1 Dolby audio system, microphones, a hdmi-cable and the most common adapters for it. Use your own laptop for meetings.
- The auditorium has devices that support remote meetings. Sound is handled through the hall's speakers / separate microphones, and there is a camera on the back wall that depicts the hall. The customer must use their own Teams, Zoom or similar remote meeting application.
- Free Wifi.
- Price: €300/8h (9.00-17.00) and €56/h.
Kuukkeli
- A multi-functional premise that serves as a classroom and conference premise and also as a stage when joined with the auditorium.
- Maximum number of persons is 20.
- Meeting equipment: 75´´ display (with cable and remote connection to both laptop and phone and speaker / microphone) flip chart, markers, paper and pens. The customer must use their own laptop and Teams, Zoom or similar remote meeting application.
- Price: €130/8h (9.00-17.00) and €30/h.
Luppo
- A conference room that is perfect for small meetings and negotiations.
- Maximum number of persons is 12.
- Meeting equipment: 65´´ display (with cable and remote connection to both laptop and phone and speaker / microphone) flip chart, markers, paper and pens. The customer must use their own laptop and Teams, Zoom or similar remote meeting application.
- Price: €120/8h (9.00-17.00) and €25/h.
